Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and post job vacancies on various platforms to attract quality candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
Assist in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Support employee engagement activities and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
Provide support in other HR activities such as training coordination, performance management, and employee welfare programs.
