A notable HR advisory firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Employee Advisor to serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries. In this role, you will facilitate effective communication and support on HR-related matters to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with proficiency in HRIS systems and strong analytical skills. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
The Employee Advisor will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR‑related matters. This role focuses on fostering a positive employee experience through effective communication, problem‑solving, and the application of HR standard processes.
