We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Cum Admin to join our team at LIVE BLITZ SDN. BHD. in Ipoh Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

Handling all HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations

Assisting with the coordination of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives

Providing administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business

Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in the Accounting industry

Strong proficiency in HR and administrative tasks, including payroll processing, employee data management, and office management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using HR and office software, such as BRIOHR, spreadsheets, and databases

Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset
