You’ll work hand-in-hand with top management and department leaders to launch new services, design efficient team structures, and align people strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead New Service Development – Conduct research on new services, collaborate with management for approvals, map talent requirements, and align readiness with client onboarding.
  • Drive Change Management – Lead transformation initiatives such as implementing new technologies, ensuring adoption through communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
  • Workforce & Team Planning – Partner with managers to design team structures for projects and departments, forecast hiring needs, allocate resources, and monitor productivity for efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee project workflows, anticipate bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve operations across departments.
  • Succession & Development – Support career development by building programs that encourage growth, mobility, and skill development.
  • HR Support – Step into HR generalist duties or ad-hoc responsibilities when needed to keep the business running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with exposure to HRBP, talent acquisition, or performance management.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to forecast and align workforce needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
