A healthcare company in Melaka is seeking a talented Human Resources and Administrative professional to provide end-to-end HR support and manage office administration in a full-time role. Intrinseque Health is currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources and Administrative professional to join our growing team in Melaka. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in supporting our company's human resources and administrative functions. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success and wellbeing of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide end-to-end human resources support, including employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate and manage employee training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
  • Oversee general office administration, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance
  • Support the management team with special projects and other duties as required
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar human resources and administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
