About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR and Administrative professional to join the team of SuZhou Terminal Operations Malaysia Sdn. Bhd as a full-time HR and Administration Supervisor. This position will be based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and will play a key role in supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Coordinate the full-process management of personnel, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and salary calculation.
  2. Establish and implement human resources and administrative regulations to ensure efficient execution in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  3. Be responsible for office logistical support, including material procurement, vehicle and meeting coordination.
  4. Resolve human resources and administrative issues to ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
What we're looking for
  1. At least 3 years of comprehensive human resources position work experience, familiar with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in Chinese, English, and Malaysian.
  3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and customer-centric approach.
