Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, handling attendance and leave records, and other HR-related tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay languages and experience in human resources, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, monitor leave requests, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support in handling employee relations and addressing any HR-related inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee files and records in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in human resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
