Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher; preference for majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of HR‑related work experience; prior experience as an HRBP or HR Specialist in a manufacturing factory is preferred.
  • Familiarity with labor contract laws and relevant labor policies, with basic employee relations management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities, adaptability to factory environments, resilience under pressure, and capability to address frontline business needs.
  • Diligent, responsible, with strong execution skills and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Chinese, English, Malay.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment needs for business modules, offering end‑to‑end HR support to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage fundamental HR operations, including employee onboarding, transfers, separations, attendance tracking, and labor contract administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency in factory HR processes.
  • Execute recruitment and deployment for frontline staff, coordinate workforce supplementation during peak production seasons, and optimize recruitment channels.
  • Establish employee communication mechanisms, monitor workshop staff dynamics, address employee relations issues, reduce turnover rates, and enhance team stability.
  • Support the implementation of corporate culture initiatives and organize employee engagement activities, such as safety training, skill competitions, and holiday benefits distribution.
  • Conduct payroll calculations, performance management, and collaborate with the headquarters HR team to implement HR projects at the factory level.
