Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resource (Recruitment & Payroll) professional to join our growing team based in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career development and advancement. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for all facets of the recruitment and payroll functions, playing a critical role in building our organisation's talent pool and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
Prepare and post job advertisements, review applications and conduct preliminary screenings
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments and background checks
Maintain an applicant tracking system and talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments of salaries, wages, deductions and benefits
Manage employee records and confidential personnel files
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs and projects
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or recruitment role, preferably within the manufacturing/industrial sector
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Proficient in payroll processing, benefits administration and maintaining employee records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in the use of HR-related software and applications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
