As the Human Resource Manager at Fuji Bakery Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Puncak Alam, Selangor, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's values and strategic objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Contribute to the design and delivery of employee development programs, including leadership training and skill-building initiatives
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies
• Excellent knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR management or a relevant professional qualification would be an advantage
