Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Full spectrum of Human Resource Management (e.g., Payroll, Training, Recruitment).
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Implementing and executing HR policies and procedures.
  • In charge of outsource worker recruitment and monthly payroll.
  • In charge of performance evaluation.
  • Control and manage staff medical insurance, SOCSO claims.
  • Maintain and oversee all records compiled to ISO, IRIS and other certification requirements.
  • Determine and recommend employer relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer‑employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Other ad‑hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the superior.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Good command of Mandarin (both spoken and written), English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resource, preferably a Generalist.
  • Ability to complete tasks assigned within tight deadlines without compromising work quality.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant Act.
  • Able to start work within minimum notice.
  • Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and deal with conflicting priorities.
