Key Responsibilities(Payroll)
  • Full-Cycle Payroll: Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for all permanent and contract staff.
  • Time & Attendance: Perform rigorous attendance checking and audit Overtime (OT) calculations against operational logs.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% accuracy and timely submission of all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/Tax).
  • System Administration: Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring all employee digital files are current.
  • Employment Cycle: Manage the administrative side of the employee lifecycle, including preparation of offer letters, confirmation letters, and processing final settlements (short notice/resignation).
  • Reporting: Generate monthly labor cost reports and headcount analytics for management.
Key Responsibilities(Recruitment)
  • Vendor Management: Source and vet manpower suppliers (Local/Foreign) and headhunting firms.
  • SLA Enforcement: Actively monitor vendor performance. If vendors fail to meet manpower commitments, you will be responsible for issuing formal warning letters and finding replacements.
  • Manpower Stability: Ensure the "show-up" rate of workers provided by vendors. Monitor turnover rates and implement strategies to improve worker stability.
  • Campus & Branding: Design and lead campus hiring initiatives and career fairs. Manage the company’s employer branding on social media to attract active and passive talent.
  • Flexible Resource Pool: Build and maintain a "Standby Database" of part-time/gig workers who can be deployed immediately during peak seasons or short-term gaps.
  • Foreign Worker Liaison: Manage the documentation and coordination for foreign worker quotas and arrivals.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling both full-cycle payroll and high-volume recruitment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for payroll data analysis.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and a "brand ambassador" personality for campus/social media hiring.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle high-stress periods, particularly during the intersection of payroll deadlines and peak hiring seasons.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Employment Act and statutory requirements.
