Job summary

A recruitment agency in Selangor is seeking a dedicated HR professional to coordinate training and support recruitment activities. The role involves organizing training logistics, assisting new joiners, and engaging in various HR projects. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, have at least 1 year of experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, with Mandarin proficiency as an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment and related fields, but Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate in-house and external trainings, including logistics and scheduling.
  • Assist in new joiners' orientation and engagement activities.
  • Monitor training attendance on LMS system.
  • Assist in career fairs and internship programs.
  • Support general administration tasks including recruitment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and data analysis.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, HRDF management, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.
  • Assist and support in new joiners’ orientation and in the organization of engagement activities, team building, bonding, festive events, company trip / dinner, ad-hoc activities in promoting “Happy TCAPM” etc.
  • Assign training courses and monitor training attendance on LMS system.
  • Co-ordinate and assist in career fairs, internship and management trainee programs.
  • Assist superior with ad-hoc projects requirement and / or research, data analysis and groundwork.
  • Support other HCD general administration including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in Recruitment and related field but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
