The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to ensure smooth HR functions and continuous improvement in employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding schedules.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee issues and resolutions.
HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system and physical files.
  • Assist in monthly payroll coordination and leave tracking.
  • Prepare HR reports for management, including attendance, headcount, and turnover data.
Performance Management
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Track probation and confirmation status of employees.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness of training.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage work permits and renewals for foreign workers, if applicable.
Reporting Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the HR Manager / Head of Department.
  • Provide updates and analysis on recruitment status, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and other HR metrics.
  • Support audit and compliance reporting as required.
