A leading human resources firm in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include managing payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and has at least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our HR operations.
Managing the full spectrum of Human Resources department, including but not limited to Payroll, Recruitment, Compensations, Training & Development, Employee Relation & Industrial Relation.
Manage monthly payroll processing for local employees and submission of monthly statutory payment & reports, including PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Levy contribution.
Ensure payroll reporting and payments are in compliance with Company policies and applicable legislation and statutory requirements.
Monitor attendance and leave record of all employees.
Monitor and verify records of Medical Limits, including Foreign Worker medical limit of the entire corporation by monthly basis.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategy and managing the recruitment process to recruit caliber talent with right git into the role through effective sourcing channels.
Support line managers in forecasting and planning on talent pipeline requirement to ensure the business is adequately resourced to meet the business plan.
To assist in development and on-going improvement of HR policies and procedures according to local legislation and regional guidelines.
Listen to grievances, implement disciplinary procedure and handle staff disciplinary issues either by counselling, implementing disciplinary action, domestic inquiry and other related matter in compliance with labor law
Monitor in general administrative matters: stationery, printer cartilages, courier services, pantry item replenishment, toiletries, process purchasing request, IT coordination, etc.
