Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing including salary, overtime, bonuses, allowances and statutory deductions.
Liaise with relevant government bodies on monthly statutory submissions (eg. EPF, SOCSO, HRDC, tax).
Review and verify timesheets, leave records and attendance data to ensure accurate pay calculation.
Assist in annual audits, tax filings and any other payroll-related requirements as needed.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
Communicate and resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Support and assist any other ad‑hoc HR assignments/ events/ activities.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management.
Minimum with 1 year hands‑on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration.
Must be well‑versed with Malaysian Labour Laws.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Organised, independent and result‑oriented.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications.
Knowledge of SAP System would be an added advantage.
Job Description
Maintain systematic HR data and records including employees’ personal file.
Prepare appraisal forms for employees to initiate performance management exercise.
Assist in Performance Management System project.
Assist in handling the Car Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme.
Assist in annual increment, bonus and retirement gratuity exercise.
Assist in monitoring and analysis of employees attrition rate for Malaysia and Indonesia.
Assist in enhancing employee handbook and HR policies via online platform.
Assist in compilation of HRAD budget cost to ensure department’s cost and expenses are within budget.
Assist in industrial relations matters which include staff disciplinary and investigations, domestic inquiry and unionized Collective Agreements to avoid litigation.
Assist in data compilation for Compensation & Benefits and HR related survey.
Perform other ad hoc assignments or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
