Job Summary: Support in delivering HR services and initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.

Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial candidate screenings.

Manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.

Assist in resolving employee issues in a professional and timely manner.

Compliance & Policies

Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Support HR audits and compliance checks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in HR or related role.
