We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Executive to support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary management, and corporate engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized, people-oriented professional who is able to collaborate across teams, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to a positive work culture. This role also involves supporting employer branding efforts through online platforms and participating in HR-related projects and improvements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in industrial relations (IR) matters, including handling employee issues, documentation, and supporting HR policies and compliance.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate Sports Club events, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in and support HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Public Relations, Journalism, Communication or other related discipline
  • At least 1 year of related working experience in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong initiative and responsibility.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
