Job summary

A technology company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, prepare HR documentation, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management, at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
  • Manage employee relations, handle staff enquiries, and support disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act 1955 and current regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and manpower planning.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Support administrative tasks, including office coordination and document filing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and Malaysian labour laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Responsible, organised, disciplined, and able to work independently.
