Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR systems.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
- Manage employee relations, handle staff enquiries, and support disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act 1955 and current regulations.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and manpower planning.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities.
- Support administrative tasks, including office coordination and document filing.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR practices and Malaysian labour laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Responsible, organised, disciplined, and able to work independently.
