Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Malaysia is seeking a dependable Human Resource & Administration Support. In this dual-role position, the candidate will coordinate recruitment efforts, manage HR documents, and handle multiple administrative functions. The ideal individual should possess a minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field, with 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays.

We are looking for a highly-"organized" and dependable Human Resource & Administration Support to join our team! This dual-role position plays a vital part in supporting both HR and administrative functions, while also acting as a key frontline representative of the company. If you love keeping things in order, helping people, and being a go-to support person—this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing
Human Resource
  • Coordinate recruitment for executive and non-executive role, including interview scheduling and other related logistics
  • Publish internal job postings
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs
  • Assist with HR operational tasks such as time attendance and overtime processing.
  • Prepare HR-related documents and administrative materials as requested.
  • Contribute to various HR initiatives and provide support across the department as needed.
Administration
  • Arrange staff accommodation, manage contracts & agreements stamping, road tax renewals, and insurance matters
  • Handle sourcing, quotation, purchase orders, and follow-ups with suppliers
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, groceries, and utilities
  • Maintain proper filing for admin documents and records
  • Provide front desk support during lunch breaks, alternate Saturdays, or when required
  • Assist in facility-related matters (courier, minor repairs, telephone system, etc.)
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
What we're looking for
