Job description

Drive sales of data center facility solutions, including pre-sales for integrated services and core equipment (e.g., UPS, CARH, CRAC, chillers, generators).

Promote Huawei data center solutions through impactful technical presentations and effective customer engagement.

Participate in RFI/RFP processes for data center projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, SOC responses, technical proposal development, and quotation preparation.

Lead solution workshops and conduct technical discussions with clients to ensure alignment with business needs.

Represent Huawei as a speaker at industry conferences and forums, showcasing expertise and promoting solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Power Distribution, HVAC or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the data center industry, with a strong understanding of overall solution architecture and subsystems (power distribution, HVAC, ELV, fire protection). Proficient in core equipment such as UPS, air conditioners, diesel generators, chillers, transformers, and distribution cabinets.

Proven experience in MEP integration pre-sales and data center bidding, including solution design for large-scale facilities (≥3MW load capacity) and preparation of proposals and tender documents; well-versed in DC integration bidding processes.

Familiar with industry standards such as Uptime and AIT942, with practical knowledge of compliance requirements.

Skilled in cost estimation for subsystems and overall data center project cost structuring.

Experience in both Telecommunication and Data Center would be an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong abilities in presentation, negotiation, and cross-cultural engagement. Strong command of English for professional communication.

Proven skills in project and event planning, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

A team player who is self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
