Job description

Reporting to the Head of EHS based in Ipoh, Perak, the EHS Executive will assist in gathering data and preparing reports related to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives across the organization, including its plantation, processing, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and centralize Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data from all factories and plantations.
  • Analyse EHS performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering regular EHS reports.
  • Track the submission of EHS reports from factories and plantations, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and analyse data on incidents, near-misses, and legal monitoring.
  • Support internal audits by providing data on factory and plantation compliance.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies and solutions to enhance global EHS performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in EHS roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Have knowledge of Malaysian EHS regulations and standards.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
