Job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements.

Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain suitable talent.

Handle employee misconduct cases, including investigation, domestic inquiries, disciplinary actions, and documentation in accordance with company policies and labour laws.

Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans (PIP), counselling, and corrective actions.

Plan, organize, and administer internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records and reports.

Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee upskilling initiatives.

Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4 - 6 years of HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, performance management, and training.

Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive mindset, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
