Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and timely
  • Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Ensure accurate HR related records
  • Manage leave, attendance & HR related queries
  • Prepare payroll, pay slips and HR related reports
  • Support HR operations & employee-related matters
  • Monitor attendance of staff and take disciplinary action accordingly
  • Schedule and conduct the candidate’s interview on their last day of work.
