We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Officer to support our Human Resources operations in a hospital environment. The role involves managing HRDF (HRD Corp) applications, coordinating staff orientation as well as staff welfare activities, processing staff claims, and handling staff hospital admission and insurance matters.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR administrative experience
  • Experience with HRDF / HRD Corp applications and claims is an advantage
  • Knowledge of staff insurance, medical benefits, or hospital admission processes is preferred
  • Knowledge of EPF & Socso documentations is preferred
  • Good organisational and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit HRDF (HRD Corp) training applications and claims
  • Maintain accurate HRDF records and liaise with HRD Corp and training providers
  • Coordinate staff activities, events, and welfare programmes
  • Process staff claims in accordance with company policies
  • Manage staff hospital admission and insurance administration
  • Liaise with insurance providers and TPAs on staff benefits and claims
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Provide general HR administrative support as required
