Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Candidates should have over 5 years of progressive HR experience and strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential. Qualifications

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations

Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to attract, develop and retain top talent

Oversee payroll administration and arrangement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Provide HR business partnering support to senior leaders and managers

Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with other departments to drive organisational change and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or generalist HR role
