We are representing a well-established client in the hospitality industry located in Sungai Long, looking to hire HR Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including:
    • Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
    • Managing payroll functions.
    • Handling employee relations and performance management
    • Developing and implementing HR policies
    • Administering compensation and benefits
    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Developing initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
    • Serving as a crucial link between employees and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in HR, including leadership or specialized areas.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Proven ability in recruitment, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Additional Info
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
