As the HR Manager at Zeoniq Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and operations. This full-time position is based in our Puchong, Selangor office, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• Maintaining strong employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Coordinating training and development initiatives to upskill and engage the workforce
• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology industry
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR data analysis and using HRIS systems to generate reports and insights
• A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's business goals
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
