A leading manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for an experienced HR Manager. The role requires managing recruitment, payroll, and policies while ensuring compliance with regulations. Applicants must possess a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills in HR policy and procedure, as well as knowledge of the Employment Act, are essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to HR improvement initiatives within the company.
Handle recruitment processes, including advertisement, interview arrangements, selection and hiring.
Handle payroll including attendance, leave management and salary.
Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
To review current HR process and propose new improvement initiative to improve the overall HR process and aligned with Company objective and ensure the HR practices are in compliance with all legal requirements and government / local authority regulations.
Support the development and implementation of training program.
To compile HR monthly report and update report as when required by the management.
Manage employees disciplinary matters, workers grievances, terminations, and investigations.
Review job descriptions for all plant positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Maintain and update HR related policies and procedure from time to time.
Handle annual performance appraisal.
Verify hostel monthly utilities bills, transportations, rental, panel clinic invoices and etc.
Handle and administer customers social audits and ensure company in compliance with set requirements.
Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing of all documents.
Other duties as assigned by superior.
Required to ensure and maintain confidentiality.
Good knowledge in Employment Act and possess at least 10 years of working experience in manufacturing plant is a MUST for this vacancy.
Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related.
Well verse on HR knowledge and possess skills on HR policy and procedure.
Experience in compensation and benefits is added advantage.
