An HR-focused company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. This role also emphasizes talent management, performance processes, and fostering a positive company culture.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure the company attracts and retains key talent.
Lead performance management processes to support continuous improvement and accountability.
Design and execute training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Advise management on HR best practices and strategic workforce planning.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
Support organizational change and HR digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Other Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant labour laws and regulations.
Experience in HR strategy planning and execution.
Age Requirement:
Preference may be given to candidates below 40 years of age, subject to role suitability and relevant experience.
