Job summary

An HR-focused company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure the company attracts and retains key talent.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Advise management on HR best practices and strategic workforce planning.

Other Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant labour laws and regulations.

Experience in HR strategy planning and execution.

Age Requirement:

Preference may be given to candidates below 40 years of age, subject to role suitability and relevant experience.
