A leading recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail setting, and is fluent in Chinese and at least N3 level Japanese. This role includes responsibilities such as planning training programs and managing HR systems.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding for both office and retail staff. Handle employee relations, including grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Manage performance appraisal processes and career development initiatives. Plan and implement training programs for office, retail, and IT staff. Administer payroll, attendance, and employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.). Ensure compliance with local labor laws (e.g., Employment Act 1955) and company policies. Analyze HR data and prepare reports for management. Support workforce planning and advise on staffing needs across departments. Manage HR systems and collaborate closely with IT for smooth integration. Promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture. Liaise with government authorities for matters like work visas and labor compliance. Supervise and guide the IT Executive on HR-related system integration (e.g., payroll, attendance).
