The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and fluency in both English and Mandarin. Job description

1. Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including developing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely fulfilment of staffing needs.

2. Oversee foreign worker management processes, including quota applications, staying updated with relevant policies, and coordinating immigration interviews.

3. Handle employee relations matters, provide guidance on HR operations, and resolve labour disputes in accordance with legal requirements.

4. Lead HR-related audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.

5. Manage employee-related emergency situations, such as workplace injuries, including immediate response, reporting, and coordination with relevant authorities.

6. Ensure all personnel activities comply with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.

7. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • a) Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • b) Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • c) Proven experience in recruitment with hands-on expertise in talent acquisition.
  • d) Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR policies and regulations.
  • e) Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
