  • Design EDMs for internal staff and plan activities to boost morale.
  • Manage vendor relationships and Task ID creations.
  • Schedule interviews to attract and hire top talent.
  • Ensure all onboarding documents are prepared for new hires.
  • Oversee background checks to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate internal checks for sales-related employees.
  • Manage financial budget and chargebacks across entities.
  • Enhance the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Process employee rewards.
  • Manage end-to-end offboarding process.
  • Assist with printing staff passes for new joiners.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
