Job summary

A dynamic organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Generalist/Specialist to oversee essential human resources functions. You will be responsible for managing HR policies, assisting in payroll preparation, and supporting recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource with at least 1 year of related experience and strong organizational skills. Job description

As an HR Generalist/Specialist in the company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources functions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position involves overseeing a range of HR responsibilities to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, leaves, time attendance, etc;
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes;
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications;
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives.
What we're looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or relevant field;
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Human Resource related, Administrative work);
  • Required Skill(s): Computer literacy, experience with MS Office applications, knowledge of Labor Legislation;
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Candidate will act as a General HR for this job position;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advance (to deal with Mandarin speaking Management/client).
