GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' is seeking a talented HR Executive to join our growing team in Tampoi Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting in employees’ onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Manage and monitor daily attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and leave records for employees.

Prepare and generate attendance and overtime reports for monthly payroll processing.

Perform payroll calculation accurately, including allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.

Liaise with Finance to ensure timely salary payment.

Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act, company policies, and internal payroll procedures.

Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, attendance, and leave matters.

Support HR administrative tasks, audits, and other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Facilitating employee relations and addressing any HR-related queries or concerns.

Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.

What we’re looking for

1‑3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
