Responsibility
  • Handle end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through recruitment platforms (Ricebowl, Maukerja, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.) and other channels
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates professionally
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment and hiring progress
  • Support onboarding process and basic HR administrative tasks when required
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labour regulations
