A manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a Human Resources Executive to develop and implement HR policies and strategies. You will manage recruitment, ensure compliance with labor laws, and oversee payroll and employee training. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin are essential for this role.

Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and statutory requirements.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR practices.
Responsible for full recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
Responsible for foreign worker permit application, renewal and other foreign worker management matters.
Responsible for employee training & development and HRDF matters.
Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Administer performance appraisal, prepare and/or recommend bonuses and salary increment.
Work with management/ department head and employee on feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
Monitor daily attendance of employee and administer employee’s leave application.
Maintain proper filing system, update and ensure the employee information is up to date in HR system.
Responsible for all insurance related matters.
Prepare all HR documentation.
Other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of related working experiences is required for this position.
Familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, all work passes’ application/ renewal is strongly preferred.
Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin, in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5-day working week.
