We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR operational experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. You will play a key role in shaping employee experience, supporting management, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the company and our Clients.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, performance appraisal coordination, and employee relations.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company handbooks to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and preparing offer letters.
Coordinate and execute new employee onboarding programmes, ensuring proper orientation and smooth assimilation into the company culture.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary information such as attendance records, overtime, claims, and employee changes.
Assist in planning and organising training programmes, employee engagement activities, and internal events.
Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare HR‑related reports for management, including headcount, turnover, recruitment progress, and other HR analytics.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and provide HR support to meet organisational goals.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in a growing or multi‑departmental environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, HR best practices, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and HR documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
