Join Our Team as an HR Executive
Working Location: SS2, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training & development.
- Monitor and update employee attendance records via HR systems.
- Maintain SOCSO & EIS records for new hires and resigned employees.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including:
- Salary computation
- Statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC)
- Preparation of Form E & Form EA
- Submission of CP22 and related statutory payments
- Manage employment contract stamping for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Perform any other ad hoc HR or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees, vendors, and training providers.
- People‑oriented, result‑driven, proactive, and able to meet deadlines with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate availability to commence work is an added advantage.

岗位职责
人力资源日常运作
- 协助处理各项人力资源工作,包括招聘、入职、绩效管理及培训与发展。
- 通过公司系统监控及更新员工考勤记录。
- 维护新入职与离职员工的 SOCSO 及 EIS 资料。
- 处理每月薪资相关工作,包括:
- 薪资计算
- 法定扣除(EPF、SOCSO、EIS、PCB、HRDC)
- 年度 Form E 与 Form EA 编制
- 处理 CP22 向相关政府部门提呈及相关款项缴付
- 负责新员工雇佣合约的电子盖章(Stamping)。
- 确保所有人力资源工作符合马来西亚劳工法令及公司政策要求。
- 执行管理层指派的其他临时性任务。
任职要求
- 拥有人力资源管理、工商管理或相关领域的文凭/学位。
- 3–5 年相关人力资源工作经验优先考虑。
- 熟悉马来西亚劳工法令与人力资源最佳实践。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 及 HR 薪资处理系统。
- 具备良好的人际沟通能力,能有效与员工、供应商及培训机构沟通协调。
- 以人为本、结果导向、积极主动,具备良好的问题解决能力,能够在时限内完成任务。
- 具高度诚信,能够妥善处理员工机密资料。
- 具备中英文的良好书写与口语能力,其中书面及口语流利的中文为必备条件。
- 能独立工作并能同时处理多项任务。
