Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR working experience.
  • Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with internal staff and management.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysia labour laws (EA Act), HR policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Familiar with recruitment processes, payroll support, and employee record management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Handle full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and documentation.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain and update employee database, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support performance appraisal, training coordination, and staff development activities.
  • Handle employee relations, counselling, and disciplinary matters when required.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company and legal standards.
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and engagement programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and management.
