Job description
What you'll be doing

Support in recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning

Human Resources operation - Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations including employee life cycle processes, HRIS administration, payroll, and benefits.

Ensure accurate HR documentation, records management and compliance with statutory requirements across Malaysia. E.G. Submit company E form to IRBM & CP22 Form.

Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies, and vendor management

Organize travel, events, and general administrative support.

Up-to-date government rules and procedure - ensuring legal compliance.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or consulting environment

Strong proficiency in HR practices, policies, and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in using HR and office management software, including HRIS and productivity tools

Problem-solving skills and the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
