We are looking for a hands‑on and adaptable HR and Admin Executive who can handle HR processes and support daily office operation needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and contribute to building our internal processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll.

Process payroll including employees wages and overtime pay accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF.

Handle foreign worker management including agency agreement, hostel, transportation, medical checkup, permit renewal and etc.

Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. Involve in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening and interview scheduling.

Involve in implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Safekeep employee records, contracts and other HR‑related documentation.

Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, office supplies and maintenance.

Any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Communication and coordination skills, high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualification/business experience.

Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
