HR and Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at FOUNTAIN CHARM SDN. BHD.' in Balakong, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the company.

What you’ll be doing
Human Resources Support

Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

Assists in attendance tracking, leave management, and staff movement records.

Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and allowance data.

Assist with HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.

Coordinate training records, staff certifications, and internal HR reports.

Administrative Support

Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination.

Manage office supplies, stationery requests, and vendor coordination.

Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment

Strong proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, as well as excellent English communication skills

Demonstrated experience in handling a diverse range of HR and administrative responsibilities

Solid understanding of HR best practices and applicable employment laws and regulations

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Proficiency in using common office software, such as HR2000 and Microsoft Office suite
