Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR or Business Administration, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. This role includes assisting with onboarding, handling HR correspondences, and supporting the HR Manager's tasks. Opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Well-versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Preparation of HR & Administration department correspondences.
  • Manage HR operation such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records.
  • Assist in on-boarding and induction activities & off-boarding processes.
  • Support the HR Manager’s daily task and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Education
