Job summary

Manage and handle foreigner workers hostel, include up date the name list, arrange for maintenance, compliance the C.O.A requirement and other related issue.

Monitor the staff and workers attendance and take necessary action if needed.

Assist other staff for government inspection: BOMBA, JKKP, JAS, HALAL and other

Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.

Handle any inquiry related to disciplinary matters and staff grievances.

Handle HR administrative matters, included arrange for medical check up (FOMEMA), factory cleanliness, renewal license and other

Other related task from Superior.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Possess knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
