Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling HR department activities.
  • Oversees analysis and communication of legally required records.
  • Ensures compliance with legal HR requirements and regulations.
  • Maintains records of benefits participation and personnel transactions.
  • Prepares and analyzes the company’s salary budget.
  • Manages the staffing process including hiring and onboarding.
  • Conducts regular inspections of staff hostel for compliance.
  • Handles grievances and disciplinary measures fairly.
  • Administers internal HR control policies.
  • Conducts new employee orientations and counseling.
  • Coordinates HR training programs and assigns responsibilities.
  • Supports ad-hoc management matters as required.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR & Admin department.
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.
  • Maintaining, Recommending and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
  • Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding program.
  • To conduct inspection on staff hostel regularly to ensure the housekeeping is well maintained and rules and regulations are complied.
  • Responsible for consistent and fair handling of resolving grievances, Code of Conduct complaints & disciplinary measures.
  • Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
  • Coordinates all Human Resources training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and employees within those programs.
  • Support and undertaking ad-hoc matters from Management as required from time to time.
