Job summary

A leading cooling tower manufacturer in Malaysia seeks a Human Resources and Administration Executive responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and attendance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, a relevant degree, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Skills in SQL Payroll and Microsoft Office are essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team within a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary qualification.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll and employee relations.
• Handle foreign workers' applications and permit renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities on HR matters.

Overview

Responsible for the Full Spectrum of Human Resource Function including managing and provide administration support in the areas of payroll, staff movement, employee relations, staff attendance and other HR matter. To manage foreign workers’ applications, permit renewals, etc. To key in leave application/medical leave and ensure staffs submit supporting document such as medical leave/emergency leave for superior approval & administrator approval in the system. Need to deal with government authority such as JKKP, DOE, Labour Office and etc. Others ad-hoc task given by Management.

Requirement:

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is advantage.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): SQL PAYROLL / IFLexi Payroll, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
• Good in leadership / Time management
• Good Appearance / Personality / Communication skill / Team work
• Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
