Responsibilities
  • 1) Management of company documents (Form 24, 49, M&A, etc.)
  • 2) Renewal of company insurance on a yearly basis
  • 3) Responsible to schedule CSG & TNG training for local & Nepal guards, prepare all the documents pertaining to training, to equip guards to attend respective trainings
  • 4) CNU, KDN, MOF renewal on yearly basis
  • 5) Tender submission under E-perolehan, assist Senior staff with vendor registration and private tender submission
  • 6) Filing & documentation in accordance to ISO standards

  • 8) Manage Utility & Rental payments & update Finance dept accordingly
  • 9) Company Vehicle Management (Reports on Fuel Usage, TouchNgo, Vehicle Movement, Daily Vehicle Parking)
