A construction company in Kulai, Malaysia, seeks an HR/Admin professional to maintain employee records, assist in payroll preparation, and support recruitment and onboarding.   • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll processes.
  • Ability to work closely with Accounts, Supervisors, Admin/Secretary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Collect and verify weekly receipt claims from supervisors.
  • Assist with payroll preparation (data input & verification with Finance).
  • Track local employees’ CIDB certificates and permits.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training documentation.
  • Assist in general office admin and vehicle documentation.
