Job summary

  • Factory management policies & documents (制定并执行工厂管理政策和文件)
  • Factory system certification (负责工厂系统运营认证工作事宜)
  • Organize factory events (公司与工厂的相关活动组织的工作事项)
Other General affairs (其他日常与综合管理事务)
  • Manage monthly payments (工厂月度账单支付款项的工作)
External Liaison (对接外联/政府机构部门相关工作)

Educational Requirements (学历要求)

Diploma or above, with experience in administrative and human resources management (本科/大专或以上的学历,并具备行政管理与人力资源管理的工作经验)

Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, and English (熟连掌握并且流利沟通好中文、英语和马来语). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
